Established in January 2014 as “Silver Home Construction” by Mr. Tan Seah Khoon, the company began
with small-scale projects and quickly expanded due to strong client trust and successful project
outcomes. In December 2015, the business evolved into a broader corporate structure under
Silverhome Construction Sdn Bhd (SCSB) & Silverhome Engineering sdn bhd (SESB), managing multiple
business units and more than 50 employees.
Today, SHC continues to operate independently under the leadership of Mr. Tan Seah Khoon,
maintaining the original spirit of hands-on craftsmanship and customer dedication.
SHC is a CIDB-registered company with a G3 license, demonstrating our capability to undertake construction project. Our company is also recognized for KEMENTERIAN KEWANGAN MALAYSIA license for credibility & soundness, which strengthens client confidence & ensures smooth project execution.
